Green Light is a growing company dedicated to educating the public about the benefits of electric car ownership. We strive to differentiate ourselves from traditional used car dealerships by providing no-haggle pricing and a non-aggressive sales approach.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Input customer and vehicle information and print sales docs.
- Be willing to learn about electric cars and the inventory that we carry
- Be committed to educating customers on the benefits/risks of electric car ownership and be able to effectively communicate the differences in the makes/models we carry
- Respond to internet and telephone inquiries with courtesy, accuracy and professionalism
- Provide a calm demeanor and respectful demeanor to all customers
- Accurately use company's CRM system, including data entry
- Know financing options and work with finance companies to fund purchases
- Be organized and compile all necessary paperwork, forms and other documentation on a timely basis for funding with banks and registration with Department of Motor Vehicles
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
- Exhibit ethical behavior, provide the highest degree of customer satisfaction and be honest in all aspects of dealing with customers
- Exhibit teamwork attitude with other employees
Qualifications
- Experience at auto dealerships preferred but not necessary
- CarMax, Carvana, Tesla, Rivian experience are a plus
- Must be computer literate and able to quickly learn new technologies, including various applications and software
- Must have legible handwriting
- Must have experience using Google Docs
- Must be courteous and professional
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must be a team player
- Must work well independently and be a fast learner
- Attention to detail is required
- Must be able to multitask and respond with a sense of urgency, at times
- All applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Because we are licensed by the State of California, Department of Motor Vehicles, all applicants will be required to submit to a background check and must currently hold, or obtain, a a valid salesperson license with the Department of Motor Vehicles
