Evolving Paths Therapy is a small private practice (est. 2022) providing Teletherapy and in-person services across California. We’re expanding and seeking a part-time/full-time LMFT who wants to grow a caseload, collaborate with a supportive team, and enjoy the flexibility of setting their own schedule.
Our founder, Abbee, is an LMFT with 10+ years of experience and an integrative approach (DBT, CBT, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, ACT, and EMDR). We welcome clinicians who use multiple modalities to meet client needs.
What You’ll Do
- Provide hybrid therapy (telehealth + in-person) to children, adults, families, and/or couples
- Manage your scheduling and caseload
- Complete notes and treatment plans in the EHR within 24 hours
- Build and maintain a minimum caseload of 15–25 client sessions per week
- Contribute to a respectful, team-oriented culture
Compensation
- W-2with guaranteed bi-weekly pay
- Monthly Performance Bonus
Requirements
- Master’s degree in counseling with a focus in Marriage & Family Therapy
- Active LMFT registration through the California BBS
- Experience working with children, adults, families, and/or couples
- Strong communication, time management, and documentation skills
- Detail-oriented, strong boundaries, and comfort serving diverse clients
