*Must be able to pass a criminal background check
*At least 21 years old
*High school diploma or equivalent
*Must have a fingerprint clearance card
*Valid AZ driver's license

Responsibilities include:
Supervision and care of individuals (members are female)
Assisting with daily living skills
Documentation (progress notes, service logs, etc)
Behavior management
Medication administration
Transporting members
Meal preparation

14 hour shifts weekdays, 12 hour shifts weekends
