Job Responsibilities
As a Home Care Assistant, you will work one-on-one with clients in their homes, helping with:
- Light housekeeping
- Meal preparation, feeding, bathing, grooming, oral care, nail care, hair and skin care
- Toileting assistance
- Grocery shopping and other daily living activities
- Repositioning clients in bed to prevent pressure sores
- Assisting with transfers from bed to chair
- Medication reminders
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
- 1 year of experience as a caregiver or home care assistant (Preferred)
- Driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance (Required)
- Availability to work day shifts (Required)
Job Details
- Job Type: Part-time
- Pay: $18.00 – $19.00 per hour
