Total Wireless is looking for friendly, motivated individuals to join our retail team. No extensive experience is required — we provide training! If you enjoy helping customers, learning new technology, and earning extra money through sales, this role is a great opportunity.
What You’ll Do
- Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service
- Assist customers with phones, plans, and basic questions
- Demonstrate devices and accessories
- Process sales and payments using our POS system
- Promote current deals and upgrades
- Keep the store clean, organized, and well stocked
- Answer customer questions in person and over the phone
- Work with your team to meet sales goals
What We’re Looking For
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic math skills for handling payments
- Ability to work well in a team
- Retail or sales experience is helpful but not required
- Bilingual skills are a plus
Pay & Job Details
- Job Type: Full-time or Part-time
- Pay: $19.29-$20.00 per hour plus commission
- Schedule: Flexible, including evenings and weekends
- Work Location: In person
