Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech therapy evaluations as per physician orders.
- Document findings accurately and neatly in standardized evaluation formats, adhering to all guidelines.
- Develop individualized treatment plans, including long- and short-term goals, frequency, duration, therapeutic interventions, and clinical guidelines.
- Obtain and manage physician orders for evaluations, treatments, recertifications, and discharges.
- Deliver comprehensive treatments, utilizing appropriate modalities and modifying approaches as necessary while adhering to patient precautions.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited university with an M.A. or M.S. in Communication Disorders recognized by ASHA and the Florida State Board.
- Current license and/or registration in the state of Florida.
- Successful completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
