Training Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining a robust training curriculum, assisting in presenting the crafted training program, and evaluating how well new-hires have digested the training. Creates training plan and executes all training activities. Develop Trainings for End Users (viva insights, slack etc.)
Bachelor’s level degree with 8-10 years of experience with the IT system functional analysis, requirement gathering using Agile/SCRUM or other SDLC and training of IT projects. Mac and Windows environment experience with ServiceNow as helpdesk ticketing system.
