Nova Structa is hiring experienced Self-Gen, Closers and Team Leaders in Florida.
This opportunity is for proven producers who already know how to run homeowner appointments, close clean deals, and want a faster, better-supported operation.
Compensation & Benefits
- Redline: Up to $2.00 for proven producers
- Overrides: Available for qualified Team Leaders
- Upfront Pay: $1,000 paid after Site Survey approval
- Backend Pay: Remaining commission paid at install
- Fast Install Process: Site Survey to install scheduling target of 19 days or less
- Speed Bonus: Eligible deals may qualify for an extra $1,000 if the 19-day standard is missed
- Low FICO Options: Financing options available starting around 600 credit
- Domestic Content: Qcells panels and micro-inverters available with no adder
- Bonuses: Cash bonuses, trips, weekly/monthly competitions, and leadership incentives

Requirements
- Solar closing experience required
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and objection handling
- Ability to work in the field around Clearwater / Tampa Bay
- Clean paperwork and high integrity
- Team leadership experience is a plus
