Corcon Precast is a growing precast concrete manufacturing company in Santa Rosa, CA, and we're looking for a hardworking, dependable individual to join our production team.
Position: General Labor – Precast Concrete Production
Location: Sebastopol, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (Full-Time)
Responsibilities
Assist with the following:
- Set up, clean, and strip concrete forms
- Pour and finish precast concrete products
- Build and tie rebar cages
- Operate forklifts and other shop equipment (training available if needed)
- Load and unload materials and finished products
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Assist with general yard and production duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
- Ability to lift 35+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Construction, concrete, or manufacturing experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person
- Forklift experience is a plus
