Job Title: Senior Engineer
Job Summary: The position of senior engineer will be responsible for advanced Solidworks part/assembly design. This is not an entry level position and will require completing projects from start to finish with little oversight. We maintain a high standard for the quality of parts we produce, and this starts with proper design from our engineering team. An intricate knowledge of sheet metal, weldment, surfacing, and billet design/fabrication complemented by working with scan data, integration of sourced parts, proper clearance/tolerance, and manufacturability are a must.
Job Requirements:
-Real world part design experience for a manufacturing environment (We don’t care about your college degree or lengthy resume, what can you accomplish in a day’s work).
-File organization, quick/efficient workflow, and honest communication.
-Positive attitude and showing up every day on time ready to put in work (We all enjoy what we do but we are here to work, plain and simple. We achieve satisfaction through creating not bullshitting away half of the workday).
-Ability to work in a team environment and own mistakes/solutions.
-Constant desire for growth and innovation (We are a continuous improvement workplace, if you have no desire to excel this is not the job for you).
-Intelligence (We need well versed 3-dimensional thinkers, AI is a tool that can be used to accelerate processes not a crutch to make up for lack of intelligence).

-A college degree with no actual ability to draw parts in a real-world environment.
-A college degree in drawing parts that do not fit or are unable to be manufactured.
-A show up 5 min late/leave 5 min early after spending all day on your phone because the world owes you something attitude.
