We process and ship over 1,000 e-commerce orders every day — and we're looking for reliable, fast-paced team members to keep that momentum going.
Role overview
The Shipping & Picking Associate is a hands-on warehouse role responsible for accurately picking, packing, and processing outbound orders in a high-volume fulfillment environment. You'll be a key part of the team that gets orders out the door on time, every day.
Key responsibilities
- Pick orders accurately from warehouse shelving using pick lists or scanning systems.
- Pack and label orders per carrier and product requirements.
- Process shipments through systems such as ShipStation or similar platforms.
- Meet daily throughput targets to support same-day and next-day shipping SLAs.
- Verify order accuracy before sealing and staging packages for pickup.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Assist with receiving, restocking, and inventory counts as needed.
- Follow all safety and packaging procedures to minimize damage and mis-ships
Qualifications
- Prior warehouse, shipping, or picking experience preferred
- Bilingual Spanish and English preferred
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods
- Basic computer or scanning system skills a plus
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with a strong attention to detail
