Job Overview
Join our team as a Stocker at RD International Market, where your energy and organization keep our store running smoothly. You'll keep shelves full of fresh, high-quality products, receive and move imported goods, and help maintain a clean, welcoming store for our diverse customer base. It's a hands-on, fast-paced role with room to grow your skills in inventory, receiving, and retail operations. This is a paid position — we value every team member's contribution.
Responsibilities
- Stock and rotate shelves, coolers, and freezer cases, keeping products full, faced, and organized
- Receive and unload deliveries, including imported goods; verify shipments against orders
- Operate a forklift and pallet jack to move and store freight safely (training provided if needed)
- Lift and carry heavy items throughout the shift using safe lifting techniques
- Track stock levels, help with counts, and flag low or missing items to management
- Keep back-stock and storage areas clean, organized, and safe
- Help customers on the floor — answer questions and guide them to products
What We're Looking For
- Reliable, hard-working, and comfortable staying active for a full shift
- Able to lift heavy items regularly (up to ~50 lbs)
- Forklift/pallet jack experience a plus, or willingness to get certified
- Spanish speakers strongly preferred — a big help with our vendors and customers
- Organized, detail-oriented, and a team player who takes initiative
- Retail or grocery experience helpful, but we'll train the right person
Pay: $15.00 per hour
