Barista / Kitchen Team Member — Boulevard of Greens

Boulevard of Greens is a locally owned cafe in Fort Worth. We're hiring team members who split time between the counter and the kitchen — so you'll learn the whole operation, not one station.
What the job looks like
Some shifts you're up front, some you're on prep, and most are a mix. It's a small crew, so everybody learns everything.
Up front:
- Greet guests, take orders, and run the POS
- Build our coffee and tea drinks
- Know the menu well enough to make a real recommendation
- Keep the counter and dining room clean and stocked
In the kitchen:
- Prep and assemble our grain bowls, hearty meals, and light bites to recipe
- Portion, label, and rotate ingredients
- Hold the line on food safety and sanitation
- Help with catering orders and event setup
What we're looking for
We hire for attitude and teach the rest.
- You're warm with people and you like being part of a team
- You stay steady during a rush
- You're reliable — a small crew feels every missed shift
- Comfortable handling cash and making change
- Able to stand for long stretches and lift up to 25 lbs
- Restaurant or food service experience is welcome, but not required
Food Handler's card required. If you don't have one, we'll help you get it in your first week.
