Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team specializing in metal buildings, wood buildings, and custom construction projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with homeowners, landowners, farmers, and business owners to design and sell functional, high-quality building solutions.

What You’ll Do
- Consult with customers to understand their building needs (garages, shops, barns, storage buildings, workshops, etc.)
- Sell metal and wood building packages and construction solutions
- Generate quotes, estimates, and proposals
- Follow up with leads and guide customers through the decision-making process
- Coordinate with operations/build teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Build long-term relationships and referral business
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
What We’re Looking For
- Sales experience preferred (construction, building materials, or high-ticket sales a plus)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to explain building options, pricing, and timelines clearly
- Self-starter who can manage multiple projects at once
- Comfortable working with homeowners, contractors, and business owners
- Reliable transportation and ability to visit job sites if needed
