- Curate the Experience: Greet guests warmly, escort them through the spa, and provide luxury amenities.
- Exceed Expectations: Anticipate patient needs to deliver a seamless, memorable, and personalized visit.
- Clinical Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with dental technicians and doctors to transition guests smoothly.
- Master the Schedule: Utilize sharp time management to keep appointments running perfectly on track.
- Administrative Excellence: Handle daily front-desk operations, phone inquiries, and essential patient follow-ups.
- Brand Advocacy: Actively drive online growth by inviting satisfied guests to share their reviews for The Dental Spa.
