Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products
- Utilize various measuring tools and equipment to ensure product specifications are met
- Perform visual inspections to identify any defects or abnormalities
- Follow established quality control procedures and protocols
- Conduct quality audits to assess compliance with quality systems and standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of quality management principles and practices
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify defects or abnormalities
- Ability to analyze data and generate accurate reports
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address quality issues effectively
- Knowledge of quality control processes and procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
