At Sunshine Clean Indy, we’re hiring Cleaning Technicians who enjoy staying active, helping others, and taking pride in creating clean, welcoming spaces. We also want great people who understand that reliability matters — teammates who show up on time, ready to work, and who can be counted on by both their team and our clients.
Pay & Schedule
- $18/hour during training
- Earn up to $23.50/hour once fully trained
- Paid bi-weekly through direct deposit
- Monday - Friday | 8:30am - 5:00pm
- No nights. No weekends. No major holidays.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Cleaning residential homes and businesses
- Following easy systems and checklists for consistency
- Driving your own vehicle between client homes daily
- Using a simple mobile app to manage your day
- Showing up prepared, on time, and ready to support your team
What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle
- Pass a background check
- Smartphone for scheduling and communication
- Dependable + punctual + detail-oriented
- Strong attendance and a commitment to being on time
- Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team
- Enjoys helping others and staying active throughout the day
Location: Indianapolis, IN (northside of 465 and surrounding areas)
