Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of HAND TOSSED pizzas according to established recipes and customer specifications
- Ensure all food handling and safety standards are strictly followed during food preparation and service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
- Manage food inventory levels, restocking ingredients as needed for efficient service
- Follow proper knife skills and food preparation techniques to maximize efficiency and safety
Skills
- Proven culinary experience with a focus on pizza making.
- Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent cooking skills with proficiency in food industry standards and kitchen operations
- Ability to work quickly under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards
- Exceptional knife skills, food preparation, and cooking techniques to ensure consistency and excellence in every dish
