Job Summary

Duties
- Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management software, coordinating timelines across multiple teams.
- Manage project budgets through construction estimating tools like HeavyBid and cost management techniques, tracking expenses and controlling costs effectively.
- Oversee construction site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
- Review construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and contracts to ensure accuracy and clarity for all stakeholders.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate seamless communication and project progress.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office suite for documentation, reporting, and project tracking.
- Read and interpret construction plans and schematics accurately to guide project execution.
- Manage project schedules proactively by coordinating construction timelines with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Ensure regulatory compliance throughout all phases of construction projects by adhering to local codes and standards.
- Lead project teams by providing clear direction, managing conflicts effectively, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Experience
- Procore
- Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure or commercial construction projects with a focus on complex scheduling coordination.
- Extensive background in construction management software such as Primavera P6, ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong knowledge of construction regulations, safety standards, contracts, and legal considerations in the industry.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets effectively while maintaining high-quality standards across multiple projects.
- Hands-on experience reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for diverse construction disciplines.
- Previous roles involving managing teams in a construction management setting with excellent leadership skills.
- Construction site experience with a focus on safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
- Familiarity with managing complex infrastructure or heavy civil projects that require meticulous scheduling and resource allocation.

Pay: $175,000.00 - $205,000.00 per year
