American Traveler is hiring a Travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week Days assignment requiring 1+ years of experience and a National/OK state OT license.

Hospital-based Occupational Therapy department setting
-
Focus on Swing Bed patients with minimal outpatient caseload
-
Patient ratio of 1:1, seeing 6-10 patients per day
-
Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
-
13-week assignment
-
No call requirements

No floating requirements
-
Cerner EMR used
-
Current Occupational Therapist license required, National/OK state license required if applicable

Minimum 1+ years of recent experience required

Geriatric or swing bed experience preferred

Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of assignment start

No gaps in work history equaling 90 days or more in the past 12 months

Facilitate development and rehabilitation of physically disabled patients to maximize functional status

Evaluate, plan, implement, and modify age-appropriate treatment programs
-
Participate in discharge planning and performance improvement initiatives

Perform administrative duties and pursue ongoing professional growth

RTO requests must be less than 1 week

RTO blackout dates apply from 6/1/26 to 6/12/26

Does not accept local candidates within 50-mile radius

Not eligible for candidates who worked as perm staff at this facility or health system within the past 2 years
