Responsibilities

- Clear and bus tables promptly to maintain a tidy dining area, ensuring guests have a pleasant experience.
- Follow strict sanitation standards to uphold kitchen health and safety regulations, including proper manual handling techniques.
- Support kitchen staff by transporting supplies, dishes, and waste safely through heavy lifting and proper handling methods.
- Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen and dining areas through routine cleaning and sanitation practices.

Skills
- Experience in food service environments with knowledge of food handling and sanitation procedures.
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment such as dishwashers and other small appliances safely.
- Strong understanding of kitchen health and safety standards, including proper manual handling techniques.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in cleaning and food safety practices.
- Previous restaurant or catering experience is preferred, especially in busy banquet or hotel settings.
- Capable of heavy lifting and physical activity required for dishwashing, bussing tables, and moving supplies.
