As a Recruiter at DSSW, you will:
- Develop and implement cost-effective recruiting strategies to fill open positions.
- Partner with management to identify hiring needs and create actionable recruitment plans.
- Utilize social media and recruiting platforms to source and engage candidates.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and foster long-term relationships.
- Manage the recruitment cycle from screening resumes through offer negotiations.
- Provide market insights and competitor analysis to support hiring decisions.
- Track recruitment performance metrics and prepare analytical reports.
- Coordinate off-site recruitment efforts and maintain relationships with universities, agencies, and community partners.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Bachelor\\\'s degree in Business, Management, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
- 2-4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bilingual preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and recruitment software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
