Qualifications and Credentials:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Active state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA CCC or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience or strong interest in pediatrics and school-based services
- Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
- Open to local or travel SLP professionals who are committed to on-site work
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and individualized treatment for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
- Work alongside educators, families, and support staff to develop and implement IEPs
- Foster an engaging, inclusive environment that encourages student participation
- Maintain accurate, timely records and progress notes
- Deliver support and training as needed to school staff regarding effective communication strategies
- Stay informed of best practices in pediatric speech-language therapy and contribute to ongoing improvement of service delivery
