Operations Manager – Field Services
Above All Pressure Cleaning is looking for a driven Operations Manager to oversee our field crews and daily operations.
This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership, and enjoys solving problems in real time.
You will be responsible for coordinating crews, maintaining equipment, optimizing job scheduling, and ensuring our commercial cleaning projects run efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily crew scheduling and dispatch
- Monitor job completion and quality control
- Respond to field issues and crew questions
- Perform light equipment troubleshooting and repairs
- Track operational KPIs and improve efficiency
- Coordinate truck routing across Long Island
- Maintain strong communication with clients and crews
Ideal Candidate
- Strong leadership and problem-solving ability
- Mechanically inclined
- Comfortable using computers and scheduling systems
- Understands operational efficiency and performance metrics
- Well-spoken and professional with clients
- Knowledge of Long Island geography is a major plus
- Willing to be reachable when crews need support
Compensation
Competitive salary + performance bonuses based on operational performance.
Pay: $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
