JOB SUMMARY: AmericInn Guest Services Representatives are the front line- the front-runners of the property’s policies, procedures and first impressions. They are the salespeople and customer service representatives – essentially, the physical embodiment of the property. More than the building itself, the methods and manners of the Guest Services Representatives form ideas in customers’ minds as to what AmericInn is really all about.
Must be available Weekends

7 am - 3 pm
3 pm - 11 pm
Responsibilities and Duties
Overall, the Guest Services Representative is responsible for:
- Sales of the guest rooms
- Customer service
- Safety and security
- Fold Laundry
More specifically, the Guest Services Representative is responsible for:
- Greeting arriving guests
- Selling available guest rooms and up-selling features
- Accurately processing a guest’s reservation
- Accurately processing payments and charges
- Communication on the telephone and in person
- Provide assistance for any guest inquiry
- Monitor the activities within the property, the distribution of keys and access to the building
- Maintain the lobby, front desk, and common areas during each shift
- Catch up on Laundry and follow the front desk check up list.
- Monitor the activities, towels, and equipment in the pool area
- Know all safety precautions, emergency procedures, and be familiar with the building systems
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
