Eternia Med Spa is a luxury anti-aging and aesthetic destination in San Francisco dedicated to helping our patients look, feel, and age beautifully. We are looking for an energetic, organized, and experienced Front Desk Receptionist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about aesthetics, wellness, anti-aging, skincare and exceptional patient care.
This is more than a front desk position, we are looking for someone who can create an elevated patient experience from the moment a patient walks through our doors.
Opportunity to grow into assistant manager, or manager role based on performance, and length of emplyment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm
- Answer phones, emails, and text messages promptly
- Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars
- Check patients in and out efficiently
- Assist with patient consultations, treatment packages, and memberships
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Process payments and daily financial transactions
- Ensure the reception area, lounge, and patient spaces remain clean, organized, and stocked
- Coordinate with clinical staff to maintain smooth daily operations
- Support social media content creation when needed, experience with social media Reel creation is a plus
- Deliver a five-star luxury experience to every patient
Qualifications
Preferred Experience:
- 2+ years of front desk, receptionist, or patient coordinator experience
- Experience in a Med Spa, plastic surgery, dermatology, aesthetics, or high-volume medical office preferred
- Experience using Zenoti software is highly preferred
- Knowledge of aesthetic treatments, injectables, lasers, and skincare is a plus
- Willing to Train the right candidate
