Panache Gems is a home-based Indian-Pakistani clothing and jewelry business seeking a reliable, motivated, and creative part-time assistant to help support daily business operations. We are looking for someone who can assist with sales, customer communication, marketing, and general business management as we continue to grow.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fashion, understands women’s clothing and accessories, is comfortable engaging with customers, and can help promote our products both online and through direct sales efforts. The right candidate should be organized, dependable, personable, and able to take initiative in a small business environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with sales of Indian/Pakistani clothing, jewelry, and accessories
- Communicate with customers professionally through social media, messages, and inquiries
- Help with marketing and promotional efforts on social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram
- Support live sales, online selling events, and customer follow-up
- Help manage inventory, organize products, and keep track of orders
- Assist with packaging, order preparation, and general business operations
- Help maintain a positive customer experience and encourage repeat business
- Provide ideas to help grow the brand, improve marketing, and increase sales
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales, customer service, retail, marketing, or small business support preferred
- Interest in fashion, jewelry, and women’s apparel
- Familiarity with Indian/Pakistani clothing styles is strongly preferred
- Comfortable using social media for business promotion and customer engagement
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, trustworthy, and able to work independently
- Reliable transportation preferred if local assistance is needed
- Flexible and willing to support a growing home-based business
Schedule:
Part-time, flexible hours. May include evenings or weekends depending on live sales, events, and business needs.
