What We Do
Marsh Psychotherapy provides online therapy for individuals, couples, and families across New York City and throughout New York State. Our diverse clientele includes adults with complex trauma, personality disorders (including BPD), anxiety, depression, and relational challenges.
We believe therapy should be welcoming to everyone. Our team values openness, respect, and curiosity about each person’s background and experiences. We want our clients — and our therapists — to feel they belong here.
Our approach integrates psychodynamic principles with DBT and creative-arts–informed techniques, allowing each therapist to bring their own clinical strengths and style to the work.

Your Role
- Be eager to grow; this is a teaching facility
- Provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families
- Develop and adapt treatment plans based on client needs
- Engage clients with warmth, curiosity, and professionalism
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation
Requirements
- Active New York State LMSW license
- Strong interest in deep psychodynamic interventions and a sound knowledge base for evidence-based therapeutic approaches
- Commitment to building a steady caseload of at least 15 sessions per week
- Evening and Saturday availability strongly preferred
- Experience working with couples and families is a strong plus
Ideal Candidate
· Just graduated from Master's degree in social work
· Desires to learn new techniques
· Wants clients who wish to take deep dives and who will still long-term
· Is okay with gradually building caseload
· Is okay with 1099 status and commission based pay structure
