A Buyer is responsible for purchasing materials, supplies and/or equipment for DHT utilizing standard purchasing methods. Duties include but are not limited to negotiating deals with suppliers, researching possible item selections and taking inventory of current products, as well as working with different departments to manage inventory through the use of production planning, forecasting, Kanban and visual signaling methods.
