Job Summary:
The Irrigation Laborer supports the field crew with the installation, maintenance, and repair of irrigation systems. This is a hands-on, physical position that requires working outdoors in all weather conditions. No prior experience required—just a good attitude and willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dig trenches and assist with pipe installation and repairs
- Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment at job sites
- Hand tools to technicians and assist with system components
- Backfill and clean up job sites after work is completed
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely
- Follow instructions from lead technicians and supervisors
- Maintain a clean and organized work truck and tool setup
- Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications:
- Ability to work outdoors in Florida heat and humidity
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Must be punctual, dependable, and willing to work hard
- Able to lift 50+ lbs, bend, kneel, dig, and stand for long periods
- No experience necessary—will train the right candidate
Preferred But Not Required:
- Previous landscape, construction, or irrigation experience
- Basic understanding of tools and outdoor labor

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
