Trinity Graphics is looking for an experienced Screen Printer to join our production teamWe’re looking for someone who doesn’t just know how to run a press — someone who loves screen printing.

THE POSITION
This is an experienced automatic screen-printing position working primarily on our M&R automatic presses.
You should be comfortable setting up and running production jobs, registering screens, dialing in print settings, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining consistent quality from the first garment to the last.
But just as important, we’re looking for someone who understands that a great print shop is a team effort.
Everyone plays a part in getting a job out the door correctly and on time. We want someone who communicates, helps their teammates, takes ownership of their work, and takes pride in the shop as a whole.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Run M&R automatic screen-printing presses
- Set up and break down production jobs
- Register multi-color designs accurately Load screens, squeegees, flood bars, inks, and pallets
- Adjust off-contact, squeegee pressure, angle, stroke speed, flash timing, and dryer settings
- Monitor print quality throughout production runs
- Catch registration, coverage, placement, garment, and curing issues
- Keep production moving while maintaining high-quality standards
- Read and follow work orders and production notes
- Communicate job status and issues with the production team
- Keep the press and production area clean and organized
- Assist with basic press maintenance and troubleshooting
- Help wherever needed to keep the shop running smoothly

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Required:
- Previous automatic screen-printing experience
- Experience setting up and running multi-color production jobs
- Strong understanding of screen-printing fundamentals A
- bility to identify and correct print-quality issues
- Good understanding of registration, ink coverage, curing, and production flow
M&R experience is strongly preferred.
Experience with the following is a plus:
- Plastisol printing
- Simulated process printing
- Water-based or discharge printing
- Screen reclaim, coating, and exposure
- Ink mixing and Pantone matching
- Printing on tees, hoodies, performance apparel, and specialty garments
- Flash units and conveyor dryers
- Basic press maintenance and troubleshooting

Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
