Looking for part time NOC Friday and Saturday from 11:00pm to 7:30am.

POSITION PURPOSE:
The Residential Technician is the entry-level position in the Clinical Services department. Residential Technicians are responsible for the shift-by-shift supervision of the client milieu and attending to the client’s essential needs while on detoxification or residential status.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION:
High School Diploma preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
One year of experience in a human service setting; strong professional references attesting to a high degree of customer service, punctuality, and professionalism.
KIPU experience preferred.
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:
Current registration as a Registered Recovery Worker or Registered Student through CCAPP.
Current certification in First Aid/CPR
SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Ability to follow instructions clearly and precisely while experiencing multiple competing demands for employee time.

ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:
Position requires work in a temperature-controlled environment; 80% - 90% of the time spent indoors.

PHYSICAL & MENTAL DEMANDS:
May include operating motor vehicles, lifting up to 20 lbs., constant monitoring of clients, and crisis intervention.

Performance standards are integrated within the position's responsibilities. The principal functions of the position identified shall not be considered as a complete description of all the work requirements and expectations that may be inherent in the position.
SPECIFIC AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY TO POSITION
- Assistance with Case Management duties and/or documentation within Indah Recovery and DHCS timelines.
- Client rounds on a half-hour basis and documentation in KIPU.
- Responsible to read shift log at beginning of the shift and complete their own shift log and essential tasks contained therein by the conclusion of the shift.
- Complete new admission intake procedures according to Indah Recover, LLC policies on all new admissions (UA, breathalyze, belongings searches, paperwork)
- Documentation of daily progress in client files. Overnight staff to document in progress notes client’s quantity and quality of sleep.
- Medications for clients in accordance with Indah Recovery, LLC and DHCS guidelines.
- Administering detoxification protocols (completion of CIWA, COWS, vital signs, rounds) on all detoxification clients.
- Transportation of clients to appointments, meetings etc.
- Crisis Intervention.
- Logging of new medications or medication changes according to DHCS and Recovery, LLC procedures.
- Filing, copies, other Indah office duties as assigned.
- Assist, teach and/or supervise clients with general household chores, cleanliness, and food preparation/ clean up as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
