Security Site Manager
The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing all security operations at a high-profile client site. Reporting to the Alliance Account Manager, this role serves as the primary liaison between the client, on-site staff, and Alliance departments to ensure exceptional service delivery and contractual compliance.

Manage daily site security operations and personnel.

Maintain strong client relationships and address service concerns.

Oversee scheduling, staffing, training, and performance management.

Ensure completion of incident reports, DARs, and other required documentation.

Monitor CCTV, access control systems, and security procedures.

Manage site inventories, equipment, badges, and supplies.

Coordinate contractor and vendor access.

Verify timesheets, staffing records, and billing documentation.

Respond promptly to emergencies and operational issues.

Previous security management, hospitality, or related leadership experience.

Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with incident reporting, access control, and CCTV systems preferred.
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00
