As a Home Health Aide (HHA), you'll help residents maintain their independence while providing compassionate, personalized care by:
Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and personal hygiene
Providing companionship and building meaningful relationships with residents
Encouraging participation in social activities and community events
Observing and reporting changes in residents' physical or emotional well-being
Assisting with mobility, transfers, and resident safety
Partnering with nurses and fellow team members to provide exceptional resident care
Helping create a warm, welcoming, and engaging environment where residents can thrive
Current New Jersey Home Health Aide (HHA) certification (Required)
At least 6 months of caregiving experience preferred
High School Diploma or GED
Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
Experience in assisted living, memory care, long-term care, or home care is a plus, but not required
