What You’ll Do
- Engage customers face-to-face inside retail locations
- Introduce AT&T wireless plans, phones, and promotions
- Ask the right questions to understand customer needs
- Recommend solutions that make sense (not pushy sales)
- Close transactions and assist with activations
- Maintain a professional, upbeat, customer-friendly presence
