Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Medspa Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) / Receptionist to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a seamless experience from the moment they walk through the door. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help foster positive relationships, manage appointment scheduling, and support clinical staff with administrative tasks. Duties
- Greet clients warmly upon arrival, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive first impression
- Manage appointment scheduling using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems. We use AestheticsPro.
- Handle patient intake procedures accurately, including collecting medical history and updating electronic health records and consent.
- Maintain organized medical records, files, and office supplies while managing multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
- Familiarize yourself with entire sales process from phone to consultation and booking. Paid training will be offered for this role.
- May need to help with opening and closing duties/ maintaining cleanliness of spa.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a medical office setting or clinic environment with strong familiarity in medical administrative support and front desk duties
- Knowledge of EMR/EHR systems
- Exceptional customer service skills combined with phone etiquette and effective communication abilities in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to maintain strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and clinical confidentiality policies
- Bilingual capabilities are a plus to serve diverse patient populations effectively
- Strong organizational skills with clerical experience such as filing, data entry, and managing electronic health records systems
- Sales experience is greatly preferred.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
