We are looking for an experienced Remote Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of short-term rental properties. If you have a strong background in Airbnb operations and enjoy delivering exceptional guest experiences, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Airbnb and other short-term rental property listings.
- Optimize pricing and occupancy to maximize revenue.
- Oversee booking calendars and reservation management.
- Coordinate guest communication before, during, and after each stay.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day property operations.
- Work with internal teams and external partners to maintain high service standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing Airbnb or other short-term rental properties.
- Strong understanding of pricing optimization, booking management, and calendar coordination.
- Excellent guest communication and customer service skills.
- Experience with property management platforms, particularly Travelnest (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of short-term rental industry best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Pay: $40.00 - $70.00 per hour
