Job Title: Barback/Busser
Location: Titletown Brewing Company – Green Bay, WI
Type: Part-time
We're looking for a hard-working barback/busser to join our Titletown Brewing Company team! You will help keep operations running smoothly by maintaining cleanliness in the bar and seating areas, supporting the bartenders, and running food to our guests in a timely fashion. We are looking for someone who has attention to detail and finds ways to stay busy during periods with fewer guests.
Responsibilities/Expectations:
-Bring food to guests at both bar locations
-Wash and put away dishes
-Clear and sanitize tables in between guests
-Stock ice wells throughout shift
-Change kegs
-Stock liquor bottles as requested by bartenders
-Stock plates, napkins, and utensils
-Cut fruit as requested by bartenders
-Change garbage as needed
-Assist in clean-up of food and beverage spills
Qualifications:
-Reliable transportation
-Ability to move kegs onto a dolly
-Ability to stand for long periods of time
-Self-motivated to keep busy
-Ability to stand/walk for long periods
-Previous barback/busser experience is a plus
Schedule and Compensation:
-Weekend availability, as well as weeknights for special events
-Pay starting at $12 per hour, plus inclusion in daily tip pool

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 15.0 per week
