We are currently seeking an experienced Dietary Manager to lead our dining services team. This role is responsible for overseeing daily food service operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, managing staff, and delivering high-quality dining experiences that support the health, well-being, and enjoyment of our residents.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operations of the dietary department in compliance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations
Ensure quality nutritional services are provided daily to residents
Participate in the facility’s budgeting process
Manage departmental budget and food costs effectively
Select, supervise, and motivate dietary staff, fostering teamwork and collaboration
