As our company continues to grow, so does our investment in technology. We're looking for someone who enjoys building software, solving technical problems, learning new technologies, and helping people succeed.
This isn't a typical IT support position, and it isn't a job where you'll spend every day writing code. You'll have the opportunity to do both.
You'll work directly with our Chief Technology Officer to improve our internal software systems, automate business processes, support our corporate team and franchisees, and help shape the future of technology at UBuildIt. Larger software development projects will be handled in cooperation with our development partner, giving you the opportunity to contribute while continuing to learn and grow.

What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain UBuildIt software applications and tools
- Assist with improvements to our web-based business systems
- Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues for corporate staff
- Provide technical support to franchise owners across the country
- Work with APIs and software integrations between business platforms
- Create reports, forms, automations, and workflow improvements
- Help administer Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and related services
- Maintain company websites and assist with content and feature updates
- Test new software features before deployment
- Coordinate larger development projects with our software development partner
- Research and implement new technologies, AI tools, and automation opportunities
- Document technical procedures and assist with employee training

Preferred Technical Skills
Experience with some of the following is helpful, but not all are required:

- Power Automate
Education & Experience
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Development, or a related field preferred
- Equivalent experience or a strong portfolio of personal projects will also be considered
- 0–3 years of professional experience welcomed
