Events Assistant (Retail Promotions & Customer Engagement)

About the Role
GLO Wisconsin is currently expanding its events and promotions team and is looking for an Events Assistant to support customer engagement within established retail locations.
This is a customer-facing role that involves interacting with shoppers, promoting current offers, and assisting with customer sign-ups. You’ll be working in a fast-paced retail environment where communication, energy, and professionalism are key.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in busy retail environments in a friendly and professional manner
- Introduce and explain current promotions clearly and accurately
- Build rapport and identify customer interest through conversation
- Assist customers with digital registration or application processes
- Ensure all information is captured accurately and in line with guidelines
- Represent GLO Wisconsin professionally at all times
- Track daily activity and work toward individual performance targets

Compensation & Benefits
- Weekly pay structure
- Base pay plus uncapped commission
- Average OTE: $850 – $1,250 per week, depending on performance
- Uncapped earning potential
