Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic House Cleaner to join our team and help maintain the cleanliness and comfort of our clients’ homes. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional residential cleaning services, ensuring each space is spotless, sanitized, and welcoming. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure a hygienic environment in all areas of the home
- Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents safely and effectively for various surfaces and floor types
- Manage manual handling tasks including heavy lifting of furniture or appliances when necessary
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness through regular floor care, outdoor work as needed, and detailed surface cleaning
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and ensure satisfaction with services provided
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping management or janitorial roles is preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor cleaning techniques, and sanitation best practices
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong time management skills to complete tasks within scheduled timeframes
- Physical stamina for manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting and outdoor work
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Familiarity with cleaning detergents, dusting techniques, and overall sanitation procedures
- Prior experience in outdoor work or custodial roles is a plus
