Schedule: Mondays & Wednesdays (Potential for Additional Hours)
We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and dependable Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our growing therapy team. This is a part-time position with a consistent schedule on Mondays and Wednesdays, with the opportunity to expand into additional days and hours as our caseload continues to grow.
Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
- Accurately document patient progress and treatment sessions.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team to achieve therapy goals.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and patient-centered approach to care.
Qualifications:
- Current COTA license in the state of practice.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with the therapy team.
- Experience in outpatient, home health, or pediatric settings is a plus (customize as applicable).
