Bartley Physical Therapy, a busy and well-respected, PT-owned outpatient orthopedic and neuro clinic, is looking for one more dedicated PT to join our close-knit, experienced team. What Makes Bartley PT Different?
- One-on-One Care: We schedule patients every 40 minutes—no double bookings. You'll see a maximum of 12 patients per day, ensuring you have the time and energy to provide the quality care your patients deserve.
- Diverse Caseload: Treat a wide range of patients—from active seniors to high school athletes—with a variety of orthopedic and neuro conditions. If you are interested in Pelvic Floor we now offer these services.

Who We're Looking For:
Our ideal candidate is passionate about physical therapy, committed to patient-centered care, and eager to grow in a nurturing environment. Whether you’re an experienced clinician or a recent graduate, we provide the tools and mentorship you need to succeed.
- Experience: 2+ years in outpatient orthopedics preferred—but new grads are highly encouraged to apply.
- License: Active CA PT license (or PTLA)
