Job Title: Human Resources Onboarding Coordinator
Position Summary: As a Human Resources Onboarding Coordinator at DEEM, LLC, your primary responsibility is to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees by efficiently managing essential HR functions. You will play a vital role in completing candidate drug screens, background checks, and overseeing the distribution, collection, and verification of onboarding forms. Your expertise in maintaining confidentiality, providing excellent customer service, and handling federal I9 processes will be crucial in this role. Additionally, you will assist in the new hire orientation process and facilitate the distribution of IT assets.

Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Processing:
- Conduct candidate drug screens and coordinate background checks.
- Distribute and collect onboarding forms, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Facilitate a smooth transition for new hires by efficiently managing the documentation process.
Confidentiality and Compliance:
- Maintain strict confidentiality of human resource information.
- Ensure all onboarding processes comply with federal and company policies.
Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service to both existing employees and potential hires.
- Address inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Federal I-9 Compliance:
- Demonstrate expertise in handling Federal I9 processes and documentation.
- Stay updated on relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
Interview Support:
- Source and conduct initial interviews with potential candidates.
- Coordinate the distribution of applications to hiring managers.
New Hire Orientation Support:
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of new hire orientation, ensuring a smooth and positive onboarding experience.
IT Assets Distribution:
- Coordinate the distribution of IT assets to new hires.
- Ensure timely communication with IT and other relevant departments.
Intranet Updates:
- Contribute to the maintenance and update of the company's intranet with relevant HR information and resources.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HR functions, including candidate processing, I-9 compliance, and new hire orientation desired.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Familiarity with federal I9 processes is highly desired.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
