Inventory:

- Proven experience in office administrative role with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy for data entry tasks
- Computer literacy across various platforms with the ability to adapt quickly to new software tools
Commercial:
● Project Onboarding: Manage start-up of multiple projects simultaneously, from initial account creation, POs, certificate of insurance, credit applications, etc. Ensuring new projects are set-up on time and to quality standard.
● Project Coordination: Create, manage, and update all project documentation including plans, contracts, and reports. Maintain and audit all change order logs. This requires coordination across teams to ensure efficient project execution, from ordering materials through final installation. The Project Administrator will be expected to maintain all non-customer managed drawing areas in Procore.
● Billing: Maintains schedule of values and prepares monthly billing documentation. This requires a high level of accuracy, proper documentation, and coordination with the warehouse and accounting departments.
Qualifications:
● Associates or Bachelor Degree preferred plus a minimum 3 years of professional work experience. Demonstrated interest in the industry is a plus.
● Proven experience in project administration and coordination.
● Excellent oral and written communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
● Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, including long-term projects and quick turnaround tasks. Demonstrated success in working in a real-time work environment. Keeping pace with Managers and the team requires fast and accurate decision making, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize with minimal supervision. Projects are collaborative efforts, requiring the ability to work well in a team environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
● Required software competency with Microsoft 365 and Procore
