ThrIVe Drip Spa is a lifestyle wellness spa that specializes in IV Vitamin Therapy and weight loss.
Spa Consultants are key to the success of ThrIVe Drip Spa. As a Spa Consultant, you will: handle client interactions, perform daily operations and support the staff. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills with a strong sales spirit and positive work ethic.
Main Job Duties
· Provide information and education to clients on Spa services
· Provide a high-level service to clients
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ease and friendliness
· Answer phones, set appointments, greet clients upon arrival
· Create, manage client profiles, and ensure we have all proper documentation · Ensure product knowledge to help promote sales/memberships
· Check emails, voicemails and reply to any messages as needed
· Maintain ThrIVe Drip Spa aesthetic, culture, and appearance
Requirements
- Must have excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
- Work well under pressure, enjoy new challenges, growth opportunities, and wantto be part of an organization that builds and promotes its people
- Develop the skills required to complete the sales process
- Client service experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
