Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Prep/Line Cook to join our team. In this role, you could work at both our central kitchen and restaurant both located in Purcellville. We have a position open for prep work and for line cook work.
Weekends are REQUIRED.
Bilingual is preferred.
Starting pay is $18.00 per hour with a potential for a $1.00 bonus or $19.00 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations, utensils, and equipment
- Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures at all times
- Support the kitchen team during busy service periods by efficiently managing meal assembly and plating
- Ensure all food items meet quality standards before serving or packaging
- Assist with inventory management by rotating stock and notifying supervisors of low supplies or expired items
Experience
- Any experience is appreciated but not required.
