Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor Territory Managers across multiple countries and regions.
- Support recruitment and development of Certified Global Trade Agents.
- Maintain operational excellence and quality standards.
- Develop strategic partnerships with businesses and organizations.
- Support major client opportunities and regional initiatives.
- Report regional performance and growth to executive leadership.
