Responsibilities
- Lead warm-up routines, skill drills, and conditioning exercises to enhance flexibility, strength, and technique
- Monitor athletes’ progress, provide constructive feedback, and adjust coaching strategies accordingly
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during training sessions, including proper use of equipment and spotting techniques
- Foster a motivating environment that promotes teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal development
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, performance milestones, and safety incidents
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with children and young athletes in a coaching setting
- Knowledge of safety procedures including first aid, CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), AED operation (Automated External Defibrillator), and emergency response protocols
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration
- Experience working with sports teams or in health clubs is advantageous
- Ability to manage behavior effectively while fostering a positive learning environment
